This tour also enables you to extend your visit to the Kgalagadi Transfrontier National Park. Visiting South Africa's biggest waterfalls, the Augrabies Falls, also forms a part of this exploration tour program. In Kimberley you will see the famous historic 'Big Hole', well known for diamond mining during the previous century. This program can be booked as a camping or chalet tour.

Tour Program
Day 1: Leaving Upington we travel to Twee Rivieren where we enter the Kgalagadi Transfrontier National Park. We overnight in an air-conditioned chalet in Twee Rivieren.

Both camps are small Kalahari wilderness camps, accommodating 8 people in 4 double units. Each unit has its own toilet and shower facilities. Camps are NOT FENCED which allows you to experience the real Kalahari wilderness. Each camp is situated on a special spot inside the Park and has a unique architecture of its own. If you prefer the camping version, we’ll set up our camp at Two Rivers, the only campground on the Botswana side which is fully equipped. Enjoy dinner around the fire, while listening to the sounds of the night. Don't be surprised if you hear lion, hyena, leopard and black-backed jackal during the night.
